The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless- steel appliances (as of January 2024 -dishwasher, refrigerator, & stove). There is a half bath off the kitchen area. The Living Room features a Queen Sleep- Sofa w/sliders to Balcony. The 3rd level features the Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, tv, ceiling fan & sliders to balcony. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen, bunkbed w/drawers underneath, tv, & ceiling fan. There is a hall bath between these bedrooms featuring a shower/tub combo. Note this owner provides four TV's with basic cable, wifi and streaming capability. There are 2 parking spots (1 spot under the carport & one behind the townhouse). This property rents Saturday to Saturday during prime season and any 3 nights during the off season Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
