Just steps to the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach, this townhouse enables you to enjoy the amenities of Belmont Towers while staying in this 2400 square foot property with a private entrance. The ground level features two entrances (one from the garage and one from the street), a full-sized kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. The 2nd level features a den, primary bedroom with private bath with jacuzzi and a balcony that gives you a bit of an ocean view, and the 3rd level contains the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Note the property has ROKU streaming televisions. Belmont Towers' much sought after amenities include an outdoor pool with sizable sundeck, putting green, fitness room, and garage parking with two assigned spaces on the ground level for this townhouse. Park your car and hang up your keys - no need to drive anywhere as you are walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, shops, and boardwalk amusements. This property rents mini and full weeks in season with Sunday and Thursday check-in, and any three nights in the off season. Sleeping up to ten guests, bed sizes include four queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking Non-vaping. No pets, please.
