This direct oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is styled with decorator furnishings. Bed sizes include a king, a queen, 2 single beds, one with a trundle and a queen sleep sofa to comfortably sleep a family of 9. For your convenience, the owner even supplies the sheets and towels and their storage locker with beach chairs, corn hole and beach toys ! Guest supplies all paper and soap products. This property features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a laundry room, four TV's, 2 DVD players and WIFI ! Deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. Keurig coffee maker. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday in season. This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. No pets, please. There is an $126 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Beautiful Place! Awesome View! Lots of Room! Great Location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property at the Gateway Grand.  It is beautiful.  We had 8 people & there was plenty of room.  This property is luxurious & the balcony view of the ocean is as good as it gets.

The beach provided so much fun for the kids.  Access to the beach was nice & easy.  The beach storage locker made it so much more convenient.  There is more than enough nice places to eat within walking distance or at least within a very short drive.

The property was super clean and well taken care of.  Even the elevator system was impressive.  They moved fast and efficient.  No waits whatsoever.

My family and I had an awesome time. We did not want to leave

The property is absolutely beautiful.  It was so clean and spacious.  My children loved the island.  I loved everything about it.  We all enjoyed the amazing view and we spent hours on the balcony.  We will definitely be coming back in the future.
