This condo is located near popular Ocean City restaurants and activities, including Jolly Roger Amusement & Water Park, the famous Boardwalk and Inlet. Enjoy your morning coffee from the amply-sized balcony overlooking the Bahia Marina. Comfortably furnished, the condo has updated flooring in the living room and bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen for quick meals when you're on the go, and cable and wifi to keep you connected during your stay. Harbour Towne offers a bayfront outdoor pool to lounge when you're not making the quick 3 block walk to the beach. Accommodating up to six guests, the primary bedroom offers a king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has two double beds. Guests must supply sheets, towels, and all soaps and paper products. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This unit rents from Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season. One parking spot is assigned and 1 is unassigned; note there is no guarantee on the unassigned spot. Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
