Kyma Luxury Villa #6 rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. This magnificent town home is conveniently located at 104th Street in OC. Close to the beach and restaurants. This four bedroom, four and 1/2 bath home features sleeping for your family of up to 12. The master bedroom features a king bed, bedroom 2 has a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle (double plus 2 singles), bedroom 3 & 4 both feature a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. This home features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 assigned parking spots and WIFI. Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Beautiful and Spacious

Overall, the property is as pictured online.  Since this was the first time we had to provide linens, I didn’t know what to expect.  The house had blankets and pillows, so you need to bring sheets and pillowcases.  You can also purchase the linen package.  You need to bring seasonings, dish detergent, and all paper products.  Someone mentioned that the showers don;t have shelves, which was an adjustment, we had to put our shower get on the shower floor.  Overall, the property is beautiful and spacious.  There were 10 of us, and we fit into this space just fine.  the location is ideal; we were across the street from the beach entrance and minutes away from the market and restaurants.  I would definitely book this property again.
