Marshall Inn 201 is in a great mid-town location on the ocean block on 62nd Street. It's a modern efficiency condo that has been nicely updated throughout and features a combined sleeping/living area with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and bathroom. This 2nd floor property also has an outdoor pool for a quick dip when you're not at the beach which is a half block away. A perfect get away spot for a couple or small family, this condo sleeps up to four people. It's convenient to the Route 90 corridor, along with numerous restaurants, plus only a few miles away from the Ocean City boardwalk and inlet. Note this property does not have a washer and dryer in the condo, but does provide a coin-operated laundry on-site. One parking spot is included with the rental. Rents any 3 nights all season! Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
