Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the desirable Waikiki located in North Ocean City. This beautiful property features a great oceanfront location with easy access to Maryland and Delaware beaches. All the comforts of home and more! Beautiful views of the ocean, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and three TVs in the condo and also includes 2 parking spots. The build has an elevator, indoor pool and outdoor pool! Bed sizes include a queen bed in the Primary Bedroom and two singles in bedroom 2 comfortably accommodating up to four guests. (Please note, fitness room is for owner only use). Property rents Saturday-Saturday. Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON BALCONY/IN UNIT - designated areas outside ($200 fine). No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. Our Family Vacation

Pap & Gigi brought the family, grand kids and their dad, for 1 week at the beach.  Kids are 8 & 3.  Great location, right on the beach.

Oceanfront and a few walking blocks from Tax free De.  Condo is lovely.  Roomy enough for us 5.  Plenty f seating and nice layout.

Bedrooms are down hallway opposite of living, dining and kitchen area.  Pool is a nice amenity with hot tub and and indoor lap pool.

I feel a few updates are needed in the near future, such as a new sofa/loveseat.  Both area a little worn, in fact, no one used the sleeper sofa,

once they tried it for a few  minutes.  The granite countertops were lovely, as well as the master bed and bath.  All told, this is somewhere we could

see ourselves staying again.
