Walk out to the beach, take in gorgeous bay views from the 10th floor balcony during the day and marvel at spectacular sunsets in the evening. This non-smoking, spacious unit boasts a large balcony that spans the length of the living room and master bedroom, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms and two baths; ideal for your family of eight. Bed sizes include: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 single beds, and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest provides sheets, towels, soaps & paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.

Rental registration fees are $50.00 per visit. Extra parking is $10.00 per day & $60.00 per week, when available. Fob deposit of $10.00 for the Fitness Center No Pets Non Smoking/Non Vaping Unit. English Towers is a smoke/vape free building, there is a designated area on the North side ground level for smoking.
This building and property are smoke free and therefore, there is no smoking or vaping in the units or on the balconies.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
