The amenities include: Enjoy the indoor pool, exercise room & game room year- round. During the Summer Season enjoy the large outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool (provided for children in diapers), tennis, oceanfront volleyball, visit the beach bar & grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, gift shops, and elevators. Please note there is a $75 Non-refundable Golden Sands Building Amenity Fee Required. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel set equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Parking spot for 1 car. (Additional Car Parking is $15 per day on a first come first serve basis). This property rents Saturday to Saturday in-season and any three nights in the off season. No Pets. No smoking & No vaping is prohibited on balconies, in units and in all common areas, EXCEPT for designated smoking areas. Violators shall be subject to a fine of $1,000. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
