The building has two elevators serving all floors, a newly renovated indoor/outdoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center, and billiards room. The condo renovations include new furniture, TV's, and nautical decor throughout. Additionally, there are all new ceiling fans, flushed mount LED lighting, and digital dimmer switches. Bathroom upgrades include new elongated toilets and larger shower heads with detachable sprayers. Bedroom lamps have built-in USB ports for device charging.
