Recent Renovations Bring Guest Gladness

As the new owner of this condo, it has been a joy to breathe new life into it!  From fresh paint, new appliances and furniture, tasteful appointments and more, “Beach to Base” is incredibly special to our family.

Growing up, our family would vacation at the beach, using walkie talkies to communicate back and forth from the beach to where we were staying using the phrase, “beach to base”  This phrase,  started by my dad, stuck for years to come and is etched in my memory.

While my dad is no longer with us, his legacy is…and a large part of that is our beach memories.  The famed red cross flag prominently (and proudly) displayed in the main living area is in honor of him…his love for the beach; befriending life guards and always shooting the breeze about the weather and the tides; and so much more.

“Beach to Base” isn’t just a place at he beach, it’s a labor of love, honoring my dad’s legacy, that we are so excited to share with you, our guests.
