This Lovely well-maintained three bedroom, three bath condo has a private balcony with ample seating and an ocean view, and is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The fully equipped modernized kitchen, which includes an air fryer, and both Keurig and drip coffeemakers, leads into the bright and cheerful dining and living room areas. Your family of 8 will definitely enjoy this condo. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom offers 2 double beds and a private bath and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Adagio building amenities include: beautiful, heated indoor pool and hot tub when you need a break from the beach, and an elevator for ease of access. This owner provides beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and books and games for your pleasure during your stay. The Adagio is centrally located midtown on 59th Street where you are close to lots of local favorite restaurants, activities, etc. This condo has 1 assigned parking spot & 1 unassigned guest parking spot. There is handicapped beach access and handicapped street parking alongside the condo. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is an HE washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
