Adagio building amenities include: 1-parking spot, beautiful indoor pool and hot tub when you need a break from the beach, and an elevator for ease of access. This owner provides beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and books and games for your pleasure during your stay. The Adagio is centrally located midtown on 59th Street where you are close to lots of local favorite restaurants, activities, etc. This condo has 1 assigned parking spot & 1 unassigned guest parking spot. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
