*** This condo has 1 assigned parking spot and 1 unassigned guest parking spot. Additional public parking is also available on 59th street. Guests supply sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. What a wonderful vacation in a very nice condo! Perfect location to do anything we wanted. The kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, wind glasses, spices, etc., was much appreciated. Very nice furniture on the balcony with the view of the ocean. Spent every morning and evening on the balcony just enjoying the rest and relaxation we all needed. Will definitely keep this place on the top of our list for our next visit. Thank you!
