Owner provides access to their storage locker which contains beach equipment including 6 beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Additional features such as a washer and dryer in the unit, elevator access, and two designated parking spots help to make your stay more hassle-free. Please note that Avalon 506 rents on a Saturday-to- Saturday basis only, allowing for convenient weekly stays. Guests must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
