These views are not limited to the balcony - with abundant windows, you can also see the water and southern view from the master bedroom and the living room. This condo boasts beautiful nautical blues and grays, plus high standards of homestyle comfort with a fully equipped kitchen containing new stainless steel kitchen appliances (includes a regular coffee maker and a keurig), four TV's, complimentary WIFI, washer and dryer, central air, and a lovely dining room area with table and chairs and breakfast bar. Heron Harbor amenities are tough to beat - there aren't many communities that offer two outdoor pools (lap & recreational), a kiddie pool and tennis courts with no additional fees to pay. The superb bayside location is reasonably close to the beach, the Food Lion shopping center, great restaurants, entertainment and scenic Northside Park. Two parking spaces come complimentary with this rental. Accommodating up to eight guests, the master bedroom features a private bath with dual sinks, king sized bed with private entry to the balcony deck, the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms each have queen beds and share a hallway bath. Not the TV's in these bedrooms are streaming only. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed. Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/No Vaping. No pets. Property rents Saturday-Saturday. ----Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Not available for high school/college graduates.
