Beach House Oceanfront 101 is a beautiful, first floor oceanfront condo located on 142nd street in quiet North Ocean City, Maryland. Intimate views of the beach and ocean waves abound from the wraparound 1st floor balcony - step outside early in the morning to witness a sterling sunrise while sipping your morning java. This unit has the privacy of being the only condo entrance when the elevator opens on the 1st floor. Enter into this spacious floor plan featuring a generously sized living room in calming hues with a fireplace and flat screen TV, dining area with a table seating six, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar. Accommodating up to eight guests, the primary bedroom with an ocean view has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The oceanfront living room also provides a queen sleeper sofa if needed. Perfectly situated so you can head out to the beach at your leisure, this building is also close to great restaurants, mini golf and laser tag, and a few blocks from the shopping and amusements in Fenwick Island. Guest needs to supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
