Due to zoning requirements, guest must, prior to occupancy, certify that no more than 4 persons unrelated family members will be occupying the home during the lodging period and identify all occupants by name, age and relationship. This property rents Saturday to Saturday only in-season and a minimum of 3 nights in the off-season. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure.
