Affordable simplicity in this midtown, ocean block two bedroom, two bath condo in the Bounty Condominium located on 79th street in Ocean City, Maryland. A 2nd floor walk-up, this condo provides just what you need in a comfortable vacation spot - living room with flat screen TV and complimentary Wifi, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. The north facing balcony allows you to relax and unwind while breathing in the salty air and listening to the rhythm of the waves. The building is only a half block from the dune crossing, and offers two assigned parking spots, as well as an outside shower to rinse off after a day in the sun and surf. The location is within walking distance of shops, restaurants such as Ropewalk and Mother's Cantina, and two convenience stores, Royal Farms and Wine Rack. Accommodating up six guests, bed sizes include a queen in the primary bedroom, and two twins and a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. Guest must supply their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered on the day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This condo rents any three nights throughout the year. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
