Club Ocean Villa II 85 is a cozy and affordable two bedroom, two bath condo located bayside on 120th street in North Ocean City. The condo is located street side on the second floor with stair access from a ground level courtyard area. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV and internet access to keep you connected during your stay. An open balcony to relax outside is accessible from both the living room and 2nd bedroom. The Club Ocean Villa complex is ideally located within walking distance to the beach, the Food Lion shopping center, WAWA convenience store and Northside Park. This great community has both indoor and outdoor pools, plus tennis courts for racquet enthusiasts. Accommodating up to six guests, the primary bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two double beds. Guest supplies sheets and towels. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday-Saturday. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
