Excalibur 203 is an adorable & comfortable 2 BR 2 BA ocean block condo on 132nd street. You will enjoy wonderful views of the ocean from the living room & balcony. Wake up to the Atlantic ocean from the large, master BR window. Easy access to outdoor pool, and a short walk to the beach! There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 Full beds in bedroom 2, and a Queen sleep sofa in the living area. The living area and master each have a TV. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Total occupancy for the condo is 8. Unit has a full kitchen with dishes, pots & pans for your convenience. Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Seasonal Comcast, goes to basic cable, no internet Oct 1st - March 31st. No pets Non-smoking/vaping. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
