Fountainhead Towers 303 offers beautiful ocean views from both the oceanfront balcony and inside this third floor unit. You will hear the sound of the waves while enjoying the view of the ocean. You can also enjoy bay views from your bay side balcony. This one bedroom condominium sleeps 4. Bedding includes king, Queen sleep sofa and 2 sleep chairs (sleep chairs are for smaller children only). Guests provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. $50.00 cash non-refundable bldg registration fee due upon arrival to Fountainhead Towers. The unit features full kitchen, washer, dryer and television. This property rents Saturday-Saturday. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25 Non-smoking Non-Vaping . No pets, please. Great Vacation

My husband and I spent a much needed week of vacation at your beautiful condo and loved every second.  You have beautiful furnishings and decorations and the amenities made our stay very comfortable.  Thank you for your hospitality and for taking such good care of us by ensuring everything was in such good condition.  This was the nicest, cleanest, most organized condo we have ever stayed in.  Wishing you many blessings.  We hope to return in 2005- God willing.  We’re already booked for a large venue with lots of family next year.  Stay well and many thank yous!
