Comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests, the condo features a king in the primary suite: a queen in the second bedroom suite and a third bedroom with both a full-size and single bed. Owner provides complimentary linen package (which includes sheet sets for all beds; 7 bath towel sets; and kitchen towel sets) delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. Enjoy free WIFI and 4 smart TVs. A washer, dryer, and a child's highchair are provided for a family-friendly experience. Also, included is use of the owner's private beach locker which is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Beyond the condo, Gateway Grand offers world-class amenities including indoor and outdoor pools and a kid's playroom. Condo is within walking distance of the Ocean City Convention Center; dining and entertainment options like Seacrets, Dry85 and Mackys. Just a quick drive to the famous OC Boardwalk and Inlet. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; units rent Saturday to Saturday. No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Garage clearance is 7 feet. Property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
