Bedding for occupancy of 7 includes a king in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a full size and a single bed in the 3rd bedroom. Free linen service (bed linens & bath towels) included and use of owner's ground floor beach locker with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Also included is free WIFI, 4 televisions, washer, dryer, and child's highchair. The Gateway Grand features both indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, kid's playroom, and is within walking distance to notable restaurants including Seacret's, TapHouse Bar & Grille, Macky's. It's also a quick drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk and Inlet, plus Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park. Gateway Grand requires rentals of seven days, in season, check in is Saturday to Saturday. No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas. $126 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
