This direct oceanfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths is styled with decorator furnishings and can host a family of 8. Bed sizes include a king bed in the primary oceanfront bedroom, queen beds in bedrooms 2 & 3, and a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. This property features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a laundry room, four TVs (one in each bedroom and in the main living area), WiFi, an oceanfront balcony, and access to a storage locker with beach toys and gear! The Gateway Grand is the premier deluxe oceanfront building in Ocean City, conveniently located midtown on 48th Street. The property includes direct beach access, a heated outdoor pool, a large sundeck with a surf shower to clean sand off from the beach, an indoor pool, an exercise room, and more. Gateway Grand and Central Reservations' policy for all rentals includes the following: • A seven-day minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday in season (June-August). • No pets (note that permanent residents do have registered pets on site, but renters are not allowed to bring them). • No smoking in the building or on the property, except in designated areas. • A non-refundable registration/parking fee of $151 is due with the rental reservation. • No group rentals to anyone under the age of 25. Guests must supply all sheets, pillow cases, towels, paper, and soap products for their stay. An optional linen package is available and can be added for a fee to your reservation. With this package, fresh sheets, pillow cases, and towels will be provided in the condo upon your arrival, and you will need to leave the condo at the end of your stay.
