You feel the luxury when you enter the lobby, then again when you enter this beautiful condo you get to call home for a week. Decorator furnishings throughout, three full baths, gourmet kitchen, oceanfront balcony, 4 TVs and more. The Gateway features an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness room and a game room for the children, a garage parking for 2 cars. You will experience a truly wonderful vacation week at the Gateway. Bed sizes include 2 bedrooms with king beds and a bedroom with two single beds and also a queen sleep sofa in the living area to accommodate your family of up to 8. The owner even provides the sheets and bath towels for your stay. Guest provides all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. A $126 non-refundable registration/parking fee is due with your reservation. There are 2 parking spacing provided for the duration of your stay. Vehicle tag numbers are required for both spaces and please note that the indoor parking garage height clearance is 7 feet. Please plan accordingly for vehicle overhead storage carriers. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25 Garage clearance is 7 feet.
