As soon as you enter this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront residence, you know you will have a wonderful vacation! A stunning view of the Atlantic greets you from your living area, balcony and master bedroom. This condo features beautiful furnishings throughout and also a gourmet kitchen and large master bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full, 2 single beds) and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Four TV''s and high-speed WIFI are provided. This condo also provides a convenient ground floor locker to safely store all your beach supplies during your stay. (Keurig & regular coffee maker). An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the property. Enjoy all the amenities at the Gateway Grand including a large indoor pool, game room, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. The Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday in season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. A $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee is due with reservation.
