Welcome to Gateway Grand 805! This condo offers you all the luxury of staying in the Gateway, including indoor and outdoor pool, fitness room and a kid's play room. This 3 bedroom condo has all of the comforts of home including a full kitchen, 3 TVs, WiFi, and a washer and dryer. This renovated unit will accommodate up to 8 people. Bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, 1 queen bed in bedroom 2 and 2 sets of custom bunk beds in bedroom 3. Sheets and towels are provided for your stay, price includes linen package. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday. No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas. There is an $126 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
