An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Parking spot for 1 car. Property rents any 3 nights in season and any two nights in the off season. No Pets. Smoking & vaping are prohibited on balconies and in all common areas, EXCEPT for designated smoking areas. Violators shall be subject to a fine of $200. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
