            Gullway Townhouse is a  3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse located on a canal near 28th St.  The unit includes a deck overlooking the canal, outdoor pool, full kitchen and washer/dryer All units are well equipped with central air, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and full kitchen.  Parking is provided for one car (height restrictions) This unit is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited on the community grounds unless in the parking area. No smoking is allowed on back deck or boardwalk area, only the parking lot side
This property is privately owned, therefore, you will need to supply your sheets, towels, soaps and paper products.   There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.  An optional linen package is available for this property.  Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival.  A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo.  You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.  Property rents Saturday to Saturday.
