Harbor Breeze is within walking distance to shopping, dining, fishing, playground, basketball court, skateboard park, and the famous Inlet and Ocean City Boardwalk. Harbor Breeze is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condominium featuring full kitchen (no dishwasher), wall units air conditioning, 2 upgraded smart flat screen TVs (50" in living room and 32" in bedroom), 1 DVD player and upgraded high speed (1000 Mbps) internet through Xfinity. Owner has replaced mattresses and painted the entire condo recently for a fresh new look. There are 2 double beds in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The bathroom now includes a tub with a grab bar, as well as a new magnetic handheld shower head. Parking for 1 car is provided and street parking is nearby. Guest provides sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a building laundry room located behind the pool. This is a Non Smoking/Vaping unit. No pets, please. No group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
