Let your family enjoy their vacation at this spectacular direct bay front island retreat at Harbour Island. Great location, complex is about five blocks drive from the beach and boardwalk. This property features everything on the premises that you could want! Included are a Tot lot, that the unit overlooks, tennis courts, great bay front views that give you the famous OC sunsets, outdoor pool, and even an on site Bar and Restaurant! Property is limited to 8 pool passes. This town home can comfortably sleep up to nine guests. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, a pyramid bunk and twin, and 1 futon. Guests must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheets sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Non Smoking No Pets Please Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Please be advised we do not advertise any properties on Craig's list.

Perfect Property for a Family of 10

We were pleasantly surprised to find the property is  larger than expected, with a spacious kitchen/breakfast bat attached to the living room with a great view of the bay.

We watched the sunset every evening and studied the stars into the night.  It is a nice, quiet and clean community.
