Off the living room you can enjoy breakfast coffee, or afternoon refreshments from your spacious balcony overlooking the open bay, boating & wildlife. Cook your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area and breakfast bar. Harbour Island is the home of one of the largest annual billfish tournaments in the world! You’re just a few steps to the exciting, daily weigh-ins by the tournament participants.
This multi-level townhome can comfortably sleep up to nine guests. All bedrooms have internet enabled tv's for your favorite streaming apps. Bed sizes include 1 king in the primary bedroom, a queen in bedroom 2, a pyramid bunk ( twin over full) plus an additional twin in the third bedroom, and a queen bed in the den area on the lower garage level. There are two full baths, plus a small private bath with a shower on the lower level next to the den, as well as a half bath in the living area. This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 4 nights off season. Guests must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent, which would be delivered on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheets sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Non Smoking. Perfect Property for a Family of 10
We were pleasantly surprised to find the property is larger than expected, with a spacious kitchen/breakfast bat attached to the living room with a great view of the bay.
We watched the sunset every evening and studied the stars into the night. It is a nice, quiet and clean community.
