Welcome to The Irene 1406 located uptown on 111th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. This Direct Oceanfront 14th floor condo offers 2-Bedrooms, 2 baths with Spectacular Views of the Ocean and Bay. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this condo presents a unique choice, namely watching the sunrise from your private oceanfront balcony and the sunset from bayside balcony or vice versa; either way, you will have an AMAZING View! A new outdoor pool is currently under construction and is expected to open in May 2026! This spacious & beautifully decorated condo has been freshly painted, plank flooring throughout, and the owner has purchased new living room furniture including a new queen sleep sofa & TV. The fully equipped kitchen opens to dining and living room area. The kitchen and primary bath are newly renovated. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, private bath with shower/tub combo & sliders to balcony with fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen beds and a TV. The Hall bath features a shower/tub combo. For your added convenience, the owner provides a washer and dryer, wifi, cable and internet. This property rents any 3 nights in the off season and Saturday to Saturday during the prime season. The building amenities include elevators for easy access, plus a game room for building guests. Note there is a building registration fee of $60, which guest pays at building upon arrival. Guests can purchase an additional parking pass for $60. (IMPORTANT-During the week of June 28th thru July 5th, 2025 guests are only permitted to purchase 1 parking pass due to high volume-per The Irene Building). There are 2 designated smoking areas: 1 ash urn is located oceanside and 1-ash urn is located bayside. Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. The Best Place We Have Stayed

We have been to OCMD a few times.  This condo is by far the best place we’ve stayed yet. The views are spectacular.  The 14th floor is the perfect height to see.  The sunrise and sunsets are one of our perfect little treasures, and they were one of the best here. The rooms were big enough for all of us.   The kitchen is well-equipped.  We found everything we needed for cooking.It is nice and quiet here. The sounds of the waves 24/7 are relaxing.  We would definitely come again.

What a Gem!

Wow!  This OC condo is a gem with a terrific expansive view of the breaking waves, and spacious interior rooms.  We loved the privacy; you can’t see or hear your neighbors.  The condo is equipped with choice amenities, from a big TV to sparkling kitchen amenities, a washer and dryer, and a fun master bath shower!  We did all of our dining on the expansive balcony.  We feel the serenity of Irene 1406 in varied shades of blue and sand, adorned with many original museum-worthy paintings.  This condo was definitely planned by an artist.  It’s very special.  We’ll be telling our friends about it and we’ll be back!

Very Nice Condo

Cleanest place on arrival in 10 years of coming to OC.  Nice furnishings and well stocked with household items.  A/C worked great.
