Isabella 3 is a well-furnished, spacious townhouse on 1st street in Ocean City, Maryland, just a block to the famous boardwalk, beach, and downtown attractions. This property features a ground floor den, perfect for watching tv, playing games or lounging, and a private garage. The second level features a large living room, dining area, kitchen and 1/2 bath. The next level features 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bath and balcony. The top level is the master bedroom with a beautiful master bath. Each bedroom has its own bath and balcony; the balconies are on each level with stunning views of the ocean, bay and downtown. Five TV's are located throughout with cable access plus WIFi to keep you connected and entertained during your stay. Accommodating up to ten guests, the bed sizes include a king, a queen, 2 singles, and 2 queen sleep sofas. Garage parking for two vehicles; note that it will accommodate SUV's, cars, and small pick ups, but oversized vehicles will not fit. Guests need to supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 2 nights off season. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. NO pets No smoking/vaping allowed.
