Charming 2nd floor condo in a small oceanblock building on 63rd Street. The condo features 3bedrooms, living and kitchen area and 2 baths. Bedsizes include a full size and a set of single bunks in bedroom 1, a set of single bunks in bedroom 2 and a queen bed in bedroom 3. Occupancy is maximum of 8. You will enjoy this condo's convenient location and only one half block to the beach. Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. For your added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets, please.
