Enjoy a relaxing summer stay in this recently updated two bedroom, two bath condominium in Le Lisa on 143rd street in North Ocean City. Just a half block to the ocean, this beautifully updated unit has terrific beach decor, newer furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms. The elevated building has an elevator for easy access and also provides two parking spots. In addition to the beach, this property is a short distance to movies, restaurants, local entertainment and the bus station for easy transport on the beach bus to the Inlet and OC Boardwalk, plus it is only a few blocks from Fenwick Island shopping and amusements. Accommodating up to eight guests, the bed sizes include a queen in the master, two full sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. This property rents mini weeks/full weeks Thur/Sun in season and any 3 nights off season. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted on property grounds including balcony. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
