Makai 112 is conveniently located midtown on 42nd Street and the bay in Ocean City. Non-bayfront unit with an east facing balcony with a street view. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. This condo can occupy a total of 7. Bed sizes include 1 queen, 1 queen over queen bunk bed and a double sleep sofa in the living area. Property rents mini weeks starting Thurs. or Sun in season and any 3 nights off season. Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. For your convenience, the condo is also supplied with a washer and dryer. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
