Makai 216 is a bay view unit within a bayfront building. Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. This property rents mini weeks starting Thursday or Sunday. Bed sizes include a queen in the primary bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa if needed in the living room. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the condo. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property with linens being delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We have rented many condos in the Makai, 216 is by far our favorite! The condo is always super clean and everything we could need is already stocked in the kitchen!
The balcony view is unbeatable! Secure building with security guard at the door in the evenings. We never had issues with noise from other condos! This is definitely
our home away from home and we highly recommend 216 as well as other units at the Makai!
