Makai 405 is a bayfront unit. Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. A drip coffee maker is provided. Bed sizes include a king, a queen and a queen sleep sofa. Sheets are provided, guest must bring towels, all soaps and paper products. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. This property rents any 3 nights all season! This owner offers a $50 military discount. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25 Non-smoking. No pets, please. Loved This Deluxe Unit

Hello and thank you for the prompt return of my security deposit. My husband and I and our two friends who joined us very much enjoyed our stay at the Makai Unit 405. Of the 3 units we have rented, this one was our favorite. The “‘deluxe”  has lots more dining and relaxing common space and the bedrooms are configured ideally for two couples.

Also, when we stopped by the Central  Reservations office to pick up our rental packet, the dinner special at Sunset Grille was recommended.  We ended up going that night and really enjoyed ourselves. The $15.99 3-course seafood meal was a steal.  Thanks  very much for the tip.
