Consists of a combined living room/bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, (wifi is not supplied in this condo), fitness center and billiards room. This property rents any 3 nights in season and any 2 nights off season. Guest provides sheets, towels, soaps and paper products, there is washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Property reduces to basic cable in the off season. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
