Relax in this spacious, one bedroom, one and a half bath condo situated on the tenth floor with a private oceanfront balcony featuring amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean from sunrise to sunset. This condo has all the comforts of home including a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, two televisions, surround sound, cable, plus this owner provides their own dedicated, secure wifi. Marigot Beach amenities include an indoor pool and jacuzzi (BOTH TEMPORARILY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FOR REPAIRS), an outdoor deck with lounge chairs, and an outside shower. The building is not far from the Gold Coast Mall with its restaurants and shopping to the north, and equally close to Acme Markets, the Coffee Beanery and Blue Fish Restaurant and Bar to the south. Accommodating up to four people, the bedroom offers a king bed and half bath, and the living room has a full pull-out sleep sofa. Property comes with one parking spot. Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents any 3 nights all season. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please.
