Accommodating up to four people, the bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a queen pull-out sofa. Main bath has a walk in shower. Marigot Beach amenities include an indoor pool and jacuzzi, an outdoor deck with lounge chairs, and an outside shower. The location is close to the bayside Gold Coast Mall which features restaurants, a theater and shopping and is also only 10 blocks from local grocery stores to the south and north. Guest supplies sheets, towels. all soaps amd paper products. This property rents any 3 nights all season. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Private Ocean Front balcony. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. We Would Stay Here Again

My fiance and friends stayed here in June 2024.  We’ve vacationed in the area for the last 5+ years, and can collectively say that this was the most fantastic stay so far.  The rental was very clean and well decorated.  The amenities were spot on in the listing and impressive while we were there.  The quick access to the beach, and the sound of the ocean from the balcony door were amazing!  The neighborhood is quiet with groceries and other necessities within walking distance,  We would 100% stay here again!

Great Views

This condo is in a high rise amongst “condo-row” with an 8th floor view of both the ocean (sunrise) on one side and the bayside (sunset) on the other!

Very clean place and the linen service was perfect and easy.
