It features a well- equipped modernized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dual coffee maker (single k-cup or pot, )washer & dryer, central air and an open kitchen/dining/living room area with Spectacular Views of the Ocean. Enjoy sitting on your private balcony absorbing the magnificent views & sounds of the ocean and the master bedroom overlooks the ocean with access to a large balcony. The master bedroom features a king bed with private bath. The second bedroom features a double bed & a twin bed. The Living Room Sofa is a Queen Sleep Sofa. The building is well equipped with multiple staircases, elevators, outside shower, handicap ramps and assigned parking for 1 car. Close to everything. Park the car for the week and Enjoy! Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property to add to your reservation. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Condo includes WiFi and 3 Smart TVs, with cable in the living area and the Primary bedroom. This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season. The unit is Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets allowed. Lovely Place

Came here the first week of June.  The place was perfect for us. Plenty of room and accommodations.  The view is breathtaking. The beds were so comfortable. Condo was very clean.  We enjoyed it so much and plan on returning!

I wanted to send a review to thank you all for an excellent rental experience and support from 3/23-3/28 at Ocean Hideaway 401.

The property met all of our expectations and for our first OC rental, it was a great experience.  We would definitely recommend Central Reservations as an agency to support a rental in OC.

As Jerseyites, and 45 minutes from the Jersey shore, this trip was a wonderful get away and we would consider doing it again, the drive was worth it.  Thank you again for your help and for representing such a great rental property.
