For your added convenience, the owners provide a washer & dryer, 3-tvs, WIFI, cable and internet. This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season. The 2nd level features the primary bedroom with queen bed, private bath with enclosed glass shower stall, tv, ceiling fan and private balcony that overlooks the tennis court and partial view of the bay. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. Building amenities include: 2-parking spaces, community pool & a tennis court. Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase if you wish. The linen package would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure and would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
