Located ocean block on 121st Street, the perfect haven for a small family. If you like a small building in a great location, this is for you! Condo rents any three nights in season, any two nights off season for your convenience. Renovated condo is located on the 2nd floor of an elevated building (building does not have an elevator) Full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. Bed sizes include a queen and a single in the bedroom, specifically a unique custom built twin over queen bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Top bunk is suitable for children age 5 and older. Guests provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Non-Smoking Non Vaping in condo or balcony please, No pets please.
