For your added convenience, South Beach #401 provides quality sheets, towels, and bath products from Public Goods included is a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, baggies, plastic wrap, tin foil, parchment paper, and napkins, premium cable and smart TVs for streaming, and high-speed internet. Unit includes a washer, dryer, and dishwasher and laundry and dish soaps.
Guests must supply beach towels.
South Beach is a secure building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean between 7th and 8th streets. Amenities includes an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, plus two (2) assigned parking spaces in the secured parking garage. Shops and restaurant on the ground level.
Note the garage clearance is 7 feet. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Indoor pool is closed from January 2 - April 1. No Smoking. No Vaping. No Pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to groups under the age of 25.
