Starboard Tack Unit 3H - Experience your vacation in this spacious, clean & well kept one bedroom condo with a wonderful ocean view. Starboard Tack is located on 144th street in North Ocean City. Located just 1 building off the beach with ocean views from your balcony and just a few blocks walk to some of Fenwick Island's best restaurants, miniature golf & tax free shopping. This condo can occupy 4, and has new living room furniture in 2023. It features a large fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living & dining area, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. New Living room sleep sofa, if you prefer more private sleeping arrangements. Balcony not only has views of the ocean but also plenty of space to relax. You can even see the dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee. This property is located on the 3rd floor with steps to access. There is a storage locker at parking lot level to store your beach gear & can also fit bikes. Walk & bike along Wight Street, which runs along the oceanside. Guest supplies the sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a building laundry room for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for 2 queen size beds and a towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Ocean City bus station is conveniently located directly across at 144th Street & Coastal Highway. One off street parking spot is provided. Sorry No Trailer parking, due to condo association rules. Condo rents any 3 nights in off season and Sunday/Thursday check-in/out days in season. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. This was a perfect rental. The ocean views from the balcony were my favorite. The unit was cozy, welcoming, and clean. I like that it was close to places to grab a bite to eat (highly recommend Grab & Go Taco which was only a block away. 10/10 would, and will, stay here again

The condo was incredibly tidy and had all the amenities I needed.  I was able to do plenty of cooking and save myself some money.

Plus, they had a smart TV and fast WIFI which was great after a long day.

Perfect Rental

This was a perfect rental.  The ocean views from the balcony were my favorite.  The unit was cozy, welcoming, and clean.

I like that it was close to places to to grab a bite (highly recommend the Grab & Go Taco Place) which was only like a block away.

10/10 would, and will, stay here again!

Wonderful Location

The location of the condo was wonderful and it was very neat and clean.  It was a great value!  The only issue we had was the padlock on the storage area did not work with the combination provided.  The lock stuck due to weather corrosion, so we just kept our beach things in the back of our car.  We are a healthy family of four so the three story walk-up was not a problem for us, buy may not work for others with health conderns or disabilities.
