Sungate 203 is a direct oceanfront, two bedroom condo ideally located on 77th street in Ocean City, Maryland with a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. This cozy and relaxing condo will accommodate up to six guests comfortably, with a spacious primary bedroom with king bed and private bath and balcony access, and a 2nd bedroom with two full beds, You will stay connected and entertained with the three TV's featuring cable and/or streaming service, plus complimentary wifi. The fully equipped kitchen has all that you need to prepare and serve meals and snacks to your guests and the living room has a new sofa and chairs for guest comfort. Sungate has an elevator for easy access, two assigned parking spots and an outside shower for rinsing off after a day in the sun and surf. This midtown building is in a super location close to restaurants such as Ropewalk, the new Saltwater 75 Bar & Grill, and more, plus mini golf, and convenience stores. Guests must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheets sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. Non-smoking/Non-vaping permitted - including on the property gounds. No pets, please.
