This oceanfront gem is located in quieter North OC, close to popular eateries, mini-golf, and lots of resort activities. It is also within walking distance to the bus stop where you can ride all day for bargain pricing. The lower level has a designated laundry area with a washer and dryer for your use, and access to the back sandy storage area for beach toys, the outside shower, or a ride on the swing! The next level has a beautifully updated kitchen with Corian counters and stainless appliances.
