The fully equipped kitchen has just what you need to whip up meals for your guests and if you're a coffee drinker, this owner provides both a Keurig single serve coffee maker and a regular drip machine. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV will keep you connected and entertained when you're not wiling away the day at the beach, and the central air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable on those hot summer nights. Sleeping up to six guests, both bedrooms feature queen beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, if needed. Rents Sunday/Thursday and Thursday/Sunday in season and any 3 nights throughout the rest of the year. Guests must provide their own bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
No pets, please. Non-smoking, including vapes are permitted in the building or on the balconies. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
