Makai 113 is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. Kitchen supplies a Keurig & drip coffee maker. Bed sizes include a queen, a pyramid bunk and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. For your added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. This property rents with check-in and out on Thursdays and Sundays in season, any 2 nights off season. Remember the cleaning fee is always included. Unit 113 offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom, and 3 Blu-ray players. This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Non-smoking/vaping unit, including balcony. No pets, please.
