Makai is conveniently located on 42nd Street on the bay side. Appreciable southern views from the balcony including a limited bay view to the south and west. Imminently convenient walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the just a block and a half away from the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. This studio unit with sleeping and living area in one room that rents any 3 nights. Great television options with a a 70" TV in the LR and a 32" TV in the kitchen area. Bedding includes a queen bed which can sleep 2. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. There is a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking non-vaping. No pets, please. Makai condo rental unit #603

This condo rental was the perfect choice for my 2 person stay.  Spacious private lot parking with great access to the building.  Makai unit #603 cleaning and presentation was superb.  Unit has great modern updated decor.  Unit #603 had fabulous bay side and city lights view.  Location was pleasantly calm and quiet.  Most relaxing spot I’ve rented in OC.  The building amenities areas were clean and very spacious.  It is a great location to access restaurants and shops. 5/5 rating. I definitely will be returning.
